For Children

Children come into the gardens for £2.50 The gardens are an excellent place for children to let off steam. If you walk right around the garden it is about one mile and there are plenty of short cuts to the tearoom and toilets. We are not precious about the gardens and like children to enjoy themselves. We have balls to kick around, a turf maze to run around, a den, yew tunnel,swing and little things for sale at a reasonable price in the gift shop. The Wren Trail is launched at Easter and Swallow-cam is very popular for watching baby chicks in the nest.
