The Pickery

This garden has two points to it. It is where we pick all our cutflowers from and it is where you can ‘pick’ varieties that you like as inspiration for your own garden. In these beds, we have David Austin roses, 60 varieties of sweet peas, cutflowers and annual trials. There is always something to see here and it is close to the tearoom so you can wander around with your cup of tea. Below are some images of the pickery. The mix of ammi majus and cornflowers is a favourite with us and over the last few years have made some interesting discoveries about our favourite rudbeckias and asters for late colour.
